32 oz cans vegetable broth
cubes knorr vegetable broth
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make red lentil and vegetable soup recipe
1.Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium high heat then sauté onion and garlic, about 3 minutes. Pour in vegetable broth and stir in lentils, bulgur, cumin, parsley and chili powder.
2.Bring soup to boil; reduce heat and simmer 25-30 minutes or until lentils are tender.
3.Stir in lemon juice and bouillon cubes, continue cooking about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste
