How to Make Red Beans & Smoked Sausage

Step-by-Step

  1. Place everything in crock pot and cook on high for 7 - 7 1/2 hours, or until beans are tender.

The last 30 minutes, I added 1/2 cup Basmati rice. Just to thicken some.

You can either add the rice like I did, or serve over hot cooked rice.
  2. Enjoy!
