There is a mexican restaurant we go to that serves soup with their meals. I tried to duplicate their bean soup & must say, I did a pretty good job of it! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 can 15.5 oz. black beans
- 1 can 15.5 oz. pinto beans
- 4 cans water (i just filled one of the bean cans)
- 3 - strips bacon
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cilantro, dried
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons valentina extra hot salsa picante
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 - packet lipton onion soup mix
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
How To Make mexican bean soup

Step 1Combine all ingredients in the crock pot/slow cooker & cook on high for about 6 - 7 hours, stirring occasionaly.
