My girlfriend Kathy gave me the recipe for this soup but I added my own flavor to it. It's a definate hit in my family.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hot italian sausage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 pounds zucchini peeled and cubed
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
- 1 can hunts spaghetti sauce, meat flavored
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 2 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 32 ounces beef broth
- 1 cup macaroni, elbow
- 2 cups celery, diced
- - asiago cheese, grated
How To Make sausage zucchini soup

Step 1Fry meat in olive oil then remove from fry pan and cut into bite size pieces and place in large soup pot. Saute garlic and onions in same pan. When onions are softened add green pepper and celery and cook until they are softened. Add all to pot with the meat.

Step 2De-glaze pan with beef broth and add to pot. Add all remaining ingredients except for grated cheese. Cook on med-low heat until zucchini and elbows are cooked. Serve with grated cheese on top.
