  • 1 lb
    spicy italian sausage
  • 1/2 lb
    bacon chopped
  • 1 qt
  • 2 can(s)
    chicken broth
  • 2 large
    russet potatoes sliced ot chopped
  • 2
    garlic cloves minced
  • 2 c
    chopped kale or swiss chard
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Zuppa Soup


  1. Cook sausage and bacon seperate
  2. Place water, broth, potatoes, garlic & onions in a pot and simmer over medium heat until potatoes are tender.
  3. Add cooked sausage and bacon to the pot and simmer another 10 minutes.
  4. Add kale and cream and heat through.
  5. ENJOY!!!!
