Ingredients For zupa truskavkowa (strawberry soup)

2 qtstrawberries, washed and diced

1 csugar

4egg yolks, coddled

4 cwater, boiled and cooled

1 1/2 csour cream

How To Make zupa truskavkowa (strawberry soup)

1Puree strawberries. Mix with sugar and water. Add yolks and sour cream. Chill in freezer at least 30 min. Serve very cold with croutons after the main course.

2The traditional recipe uses uncooked egg yolks, coddling them adds to the food safety.
