Ingredients
- 2 quarts strawberries, washed and diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 - egg yolks, coddled
- 4 cups water, boiled and cooled
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream

How To Make zupa truskavkowa (strawberry soup)

Step 1Puree strawberries. Mix with sugar and water. Add yolks and sour cream. Chill in freezer at least 30 min. Serve very cold with croutons after the main course.

Step 2The traditional recipe uses uncooked egg yolks, coddling them adds to the food safety.
