Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh zucchni
- 1 pound fresh squash
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chicken base better then bouillon
- 1/4 cup half & half
- 1/2 cup chicken broth, low salt
- 1/2 package hidden valley salad dressing ( the twist)
- 1` medium onion diced
How To Make zucchini soup

Step 1Heat large pot of boiling water. Add zucchini and yellow squash rounds, boil for 3 minutes, drain and set aside.

Step 2Add butter to pot and melt over med heat,when butter is hot saut'e onions till tender.

Step 3meanwhile transfer cooked zucchini and squase to food processor, puree them until smooth pour the pureed zucchini & squash back into pot with the onions, add soup base and stir it in with the onions and zucchini and squash.

Step 4Finally, add the half & half and enough chicken broth to make the soup the consistency that you want.
