I love zucchini but I added a new twist and it came out fantasic!!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh zucchni
  • 1 pound fresh squash
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chicken base better then bouillon
  • 1/4 cup half & half
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth, low salt
  • 1/2 package hidden valley salad dressing ( the twist)
  • 1` medium onion diced

How To Make zucchini soup

  • Step 1
    Heat large pot of boiling water. Add zucchini and yellow squash rounds, boil for 3 minutes, drain and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Add butter to pot and melt over med heat,when butter is hot saut'e onions till tender.
  • Step 3
    meanwhile transfer cooked zucchini and squase to food processor, puree them until smooth pour the pureed zucchini & squash back into pot with the onions, add soup base and stir it in with the onions and zucchini and squash.
  • Step 4
    Finally, add the half & half and enough chicken broth to make the soup the consistency that you want.
