This has to be the best potato soup ever. It comes from many messed up not so yummy mistakes and now it's awesome. I hope you enjoy it!!

Ingredients
- 5 pounds Russett Potatos
- 1 large Onion(diced)
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Carrots(diced)
- 1 cup Celery(diced)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tablespoons Un-cooked Malt-o-meal
- 1 cup Cooked Bacon Pieces
How To Make yummy potato soup

Step 1Peel and dice potatos in 1 inch peices. Rinse and put into a pot. Fill with cold water till potatos are just covered. Boil till the potatos have broken up into pieces. About an hour

Step 2DON'T drain the water after the potatoes are done. Just set the pot on a back burner. In saute pan cook the onions, celery and carrots till almost tender in butter. In seperate pan cook up bacon and then break into pieces.

Step 3Add the vegetables into the potatos and add cream. Add the garlic and cheese. Warm the soup back up till the cheese is melted. sprinkle the malt-o-meal in soup to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4Dish up this yummy soup and top with a few bacon bits. If you really want a tasty treat try and spoon of sour cream and a little chives. Enjoy!!
