One of the things I miss most since moving to Florida is a good cup of wonton soup. This recipe really works and is easy.

Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach stemmed and torn
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup thinly sliced cooked pork, optional
- 1/2` cup diagonally sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1 package 12 ounces, trader joe's frozen chicken and cilantro wontons, or make your own.
How To Make wonton soup

Step 1Combine stock and soy sauce in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and add wontons. Simmer 4 minutes, or until cooked through.

Step 2Stir in spinach, cooked pork if desired, and green onions.

Step 3Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil. Serve hot.
