- 1 quart water cold
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 - bay leaf
- pinch thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- pinch of parsley
How To Make white potato soup

Step 1Place the potatoes, celery onions, butter and seasoning and cold water in large pot. Cover pot and cook on low heat for 45minutes or until potatoes are tender. Mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water; add to soup; stir until soup thickens. turn of heat. Let stand 5minutes before serving.
