- 2 - avocados, peeled & mashed
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 1/2 - lime - juice of
- - hot pepper sauce, to taste
- - salt and white pepper, to taste
- - sour cream and salsa to serve
- - cilantro for garnish, if desired
How To Make velvet avocado soup

Step 1Blend all ingredients except for sour cream and salsa.

Step 2Chill until ready to serve.

Step 3Add a dollop of sour cream and some salsa to each serving. Garnish with cilantro.
