This is a quick lunch and can be adapted to many differant tastes depending on which flavor of Top Ramon you choose. Chili, Shrimp, Lime Chicken, Oriental, Roast beef and the list goes on and on. Add some leftover meat to make it a hardier meal. Experiment with differant sliced/diced veggies. You can use either fresh or frozen. One of my favorites is green onions, shaved carrots, sliced celery, diced tomato with a little thyme thrown in.

Ingredients
- 1 package ramon noodle soup
- 1 cup mixed veggies
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup meat (optional)
How To Make veggie ramon soup-kl

Step 1Place water (and frozen veggies, if you are using them) in a medium pan and heat to boiling.

Step 2Add seasoning packet and crushed up noodles to water.

Step 3Add fresh veggies and meat at this point if you are using them.

Step 4Cook for 3 minutes.
