Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- oil for sauteing
- 6 potatoes, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 in small bag frozen green beans
- 1 small bag frozen corn
- 5 cups beef broth plus more if you desire.
- 2 cups water
- 2-14oz cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
How To Make vegetable beef soup

Step 1Heat oil in large stock pan. Add beef and brown. Remove from pan, set aside.

Step 2Add more oil to same pot. Add celery, onions, potatoes and garlic. Sauteed until onions are translucent.

Step 3Add beef back into pot. Pour in beef broth, water, stewed tomatoes, beans, corn and bay leaves.

Step 4Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Remove bay leaves, serve
