  • 1 lb
    ground meat (turkey, beef, or pork)
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1
    diced onion
  • 6 can(s)
    chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 pkg
    frozen spinach
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes (large can)
  • 1 pkg
    dried tortelonni (i use four cheese)

How to Make Tortelloni Soup


  1. Brown meat with onion and garlic.
  2. Put all ingredients except pasta into your crockpot on low for six hours or high for four.
  3. Add pasta and let simmer for another 30 minutes. Serve.
