Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - kielbasa sliced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 28 ounces tomato crushed
- 2 packages tortellini, cheese stuffed (9oz) refrig.
- 19 ounces can kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon basil, dried
- - ground pepper to taste
- 2 cups baby spinach chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make tortellini soup

Step 1Heat broth in a large stock pot. In a small fry pan heat olive oil, add onions and garlic and saute' till the onions are golden brown. Add these to hot broth, add tomatoes, beans, seasonings.

Step 2Heat soup to boiling over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Add tortellini's and reduce heat to simmer, add kielbasas, cook soup for 5 minutes or till the tortellini is done, stir in the spinach and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese in each bowl.

Step 3Serve with a good crusty bread. ENJOY
