- 12 cups water
- 4 large tomatoes, quartered
- 1 sheet Kombu (large)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
How To Make tomato kombu broth

Step 1Place all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and simmer for 2 hours.

Step 2Strain through a fine mesh strainer and ditch the solids.

Step 3Place in the fridge for 5 days or freezer for 3 months.
