Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- 8 - jumbo shrimp peeled and deviened
- 1 cup boneless skinless chicken thighs cubed
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon heaping chili paste in soybean oil
- 6 tablespoons lime juice
- - fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make tom yum soup

Step 1Bring the chicken broth and bouillon to a boil over medium high heat. Add the chicken, and mushrooms. Stir in the chili paste, fish sauce and lime juice. Let cook 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook 2 more minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
