Ingredients

  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 8 - jumbo shrimp peeled and deviened
  • 1 cup boneless skinless chicken thighs cubed
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon heaping chili paste in soybean oil
  • 6 tablespoons lime juice
  • - fresh cilantro for garnish

How To Make tom yum soup

  • Step 1
    Bring the chicken broth and bouillon to a boil over medium high heat. Add the chicken, and mushrooms. Stir in the chili paste, fish sauce and lime juice. Let cook 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook 2 more minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
