This started out just to be a simple cauliflower cheese soup and then I kept adding stuff!!! It is sooooo good. I didn't not measures but these measurements are approximate. You can add or takeaway ingredients according to you personal taste! Hope you enjoy as much as we did!!!

    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 bunch
    chopped cauliflower
  • 1 bunch
    chopped broccolli
  • 1 lb
    diced kielbasa
  • 1/2 large
    diced onion
  • 4 clove
    diced garlic
  • 1 medium
    diced green pepper
  • 1/2 stick
    velveeta
  • 4 slice
    white american cheese
  • 1 c
    shredded cheese
  • ·
    cumin, to taste
  • ·
    garlic salt, to taste
  • ·
    pepper, to taste

How to Make The BEST Broccolli Cauliflower Cheesy Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter in stock pot. Saute onions, pepper, and garlic. Add cauliflower and broccoli. Pour in can of broth.
  2. Once it gets hot add kielbasa. Add seasonings. Cook until veggies are good and tender.
  3. Add all the cheeses. Add cream of mushroom soup. Cook until cheese is melted.
