Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper
- 1 can (14 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 2 cans (16 oz) pinto beans, undrained
- 1 can (14 oz) cream style corn
- 1 can (14 oz) beef broth
- 2 cans (15 oz) beef tamales in chili sauce undrained and cut into pieces

Step 1Brown meat.

Step 2Saute onions and green peppers then add to meat.

Step 3Add tomatoes, beans, corn, and broth; bring to a boil then simmer uncovered 45 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Step 4Stir in tamale pieces. Serve hot.
