I seen a recipe something like this but I wanted a different flavor so I added new life to the recipe I hope youz enjoy it.

Ingredients For taco soup

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    hot italian sauage
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 lg
    green pepper, chopped
  • 16 oz
    chili beans with liquid
  • 15 oz
    kidney beans with liquid
  • 15 oz
    whole kernel corn with liquid
  • 28 oz
    diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 2 c
  • 1 can
    diced green chiles or handful of jalepanos chopped
  • 1 1/2 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh garlic chopped

How To Make taco soup

    In skillet brown both of your meats together with onion and garlic drain and set aside
  • 2
    Put remaining ingredients into a large crock pot or a large Dutch oven if cooking on stove Then add your meat mixture and stir.

    Cook on low in crock for 8 hours or high for 4 or if on stove cook till boils then turn to simmer for 4 hours pending on your stove. Much easier to put in crock pot

    When done serve in bowls with cheese or sour cream and nacho chips on the side. You can garnish however you like. My family likes the cheese and sour cream
