We had made many trips to Mexico on mission trips. One thing I learned from the women there was use what you have to feed your family when money is tight. So I came up with this recipe with my own idea of using taco spice. Kids love hotdogs and adults like sausage. Just add the vegetables and spice and you have a nice hot soup, that everyone enjoys. I made this for our church get together and everyone loved it. This goes great with mexican cornbread, crackers or serve some corn chips. If you try this I hope you enjoy it.
