Stuffed Pepper Soup
- 1 bag of instant rice (1 cup) pre-cooked 1tbs sea salt (fine ground) 1tbs allspice 1.5 pounds hamburger 2 cans of diced tomato 1 large onion 2 medium green peppers chopped 1 large can of beef broth or 4beef bullion cubes if less liquid is des
Add allspice to pre- cooked rice.
In a large stock pot , add the can tomatoes 28ozs , 46oz V-8, salt and broth,and begin simmering , add ground beef onions, chopped green peppers,and rice as soon as finished with above prep, let whole mixture simmer 20 minutes to combine flavors.
warm sliced potatoes just before serving,place warm potato's into bowl add ladled soup and top with a spoonful of Sour Cream
