Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1-2 - green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans beef broth (14 oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (i use a 29 oz can of redpack)
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup white rice
How To Make stuffed green pepper soup

Step 1In a Dutch oven brown ground beef and drain

Step 2Add green peppers and onions

Step 3Cook covered for 4 minutes; stirring after 2 mins

Step 4Add beef broth, tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and salt Bring it to a boil.

Step 5Add rice and reduce heat.

Step 6Simmer covered for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir occasionally or until rice is tender. Enjoy :-)
