I found this recipe on the internet. This has been a winner at a home as a matter of fact I am serving it tonight with a Salad.

1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 - onion, chopped
1 can ro-tel tomatoes with chilies, i use a large can
1 can corn, drained
1 can pinto beans
2 cans water
1 - envelope taco seasoning mix
1 package hidden valley ranch dressing

How To Make speedy beef taco soup

Step 1

Brown the meat and drain. Mix beef with remaining ingredients; simmer for 45 minutes.

Step 2

Serve topped with grated Jack Cheese and Sour Cream.
Step 3

Serve with warm Tortillas, cornbread or chips.
