This recipe was given to me by a friend and co-worke some years ago. My husband loves it anytime of the year, but especially in cold weather. It is so simple and yet it is a hearty soup.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - celery stalk, chopped
- 3 cans ranch style beans, undrained
- 2 cans minestrone soup, no water added
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 15 ounces beef bouillon, canned
How To Make southwest soup

Step 1Brown ground beef, Onion, and Celery in a 2 quart dutch oven. Add beans, soup, tomatoes, and bouillon. Stir to mix. Simmer 45 minutes.
