This recipe was given to me by a friend and co-worke some years ago. My husband loves it anytime of the year, but especially in cold weather. It is so simple and yet it is a hearty soup.

onion, chopped

celery stalk, chopped

ranch style beans, undrained
2 can(s)
minestrone soup, no water added
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes
15 oz
beef bouillon, canned

How to Make Southwest Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown ground beef, Onion, and Celery in a 2 quart dutch oven. Add beans, soup, tomatoes, and bouillon. Stir to mix. Simmer 45 minutes.
