- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 4 - green onions diced
How To Make sour egg drop soup

Step 1Add chicken broth to pot. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch with the water and add to chicken broth to thicken. Reduce heat and add the soy sauce, vinegar and white pepper. Slowly drizzle in the eggs slowly mixing. Stir in the green onions.
