Ingredients
- 1/2 - leek, finely sliced
- 50 grams carrot, finely chopped
- 30 grams spinach, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 150 milliliters bouillon
- 150 milliliters milk
- 50 grams potatoes, sliced
- 50 grams gruyère cheese
- 50 milliliters half and half
- - salt, to taste
- - pepper, to taste
- 30 grams onion, chopped
How To Make soup de chalet

Step 1Heat butter in a pot, add leek, carrot, spinach and onion, saute for some minutes until onions are translucent, then add bouillon and bring to a boil.

Step 2Add milk, bring to a boil again, add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Let cook for 20-30 minutes, then add potatoes and continue cooking until potatoes are done. Meanwhile, grate gruyère cheese.

Step 4When potatoes are soft, add cheese and let melt on slow, then add half and half - don't boil! Just heat through, taste test and serve immediately
