This is a flavorful and comforting and EASY TO PREPARE soup that I plan to make again and again.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 - onion,chopped
  • 1 clove garlic,chopped
  • 12oz. bottles green taco sauce
  • 4oz. cans green chilies
  • 2- 15 oz. cans black beans,drained and rinsed
  • 15 1/4 oz. cans corn,drained
  • 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/4oz. packages taco mix
  • - sour cream,shredded cheddar cheese,corn chips

How To Make slow cooker taco soup

  • Step 1
    Brown beef, onion and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat; drain.
  • Step 2
    In a slow cooker, combine beef mixture and remaining ingredients except garnish.
  • Step 3
    Cover and cook on high setting for one hour.
  • Step 4
    Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese and corn chips.
