Ingredients

  • 1 package (30 oz) frozen shredded hash browns
  • 3 cans (14.5 oz each) chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

How To Make slow cooker potato soup

  • Step 1
    In a crock pot, combine everything except for the cream cheese.
  • Step 2
    Cook for 8-10 hours on low. About 15 minutes before serving add cream cheese.
  • Step 3
    Stir until melted and thoroughly combined. Serve with cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, green onions.
