Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    (30 oz) frozen shredded hash browns
  • 3 can(s)
    (14.5 oz each) chicken broth
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion flakes
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese

How to Make Slow Cooker Potato Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. In a crock pot, combine everything except for the cream cheese.
  2. Cook for 8-10 hours on low. About 15 minutes before serving add cream cheese.
  3. Stir until melted and thoroughly combined. Serve with cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, green onions.
