Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds pork shoulder
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 2 - inches ginger peeled and sliced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 large carrot chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1/4 cup each white miso paste and soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic peeled and halved
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 2 packages ramen noodles cooked and drained if using instant add spice packet to pork in crock
- 1 bunch broccoli florets steamed
- 1 bunch green onions sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 - soft boiled eggs halved
- - sriracha sauce to taste
How To Make slow cooker pork ramen

Step 1Place the first 10 ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 7 or 8 hours until pork falls apart. Remove pork from liquid. Strain the liquid and discard the solids.

Step 2Place noodles in bowl. Ladle the strained broth over noodles. Top with shredded pork, broccoli, green onions, splash of sriracha one half soft boiled egg and cilantro.
