Slow Cooker Crock Pot

2-3 lb
pork shoulder
8 c
chicken stock
inches ginger peeled and sliced
1 medium
onion chopped
1 large
carrot chopped
2 stalk(s)
celery chopped
1/4 c
each white miso paste and soy sauce
4 clove
garlic peeled and halved
1 Tbsp
black peppercorns
2 pkg
ramen noodles cooked and drained if using instant add spice packet to pork in crock
1 bunch
broccoli florets steamed
1 bunch
green onions sliced
1/2 c
fresh cilantro chopped
soft boiled eggs halved
sriracha sauce to taste

How to Make Slow Cooker Pork Ramen


  • 1Place the first 10 ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 7 or 8 hours until pork falls apart. Remove pork from liquid. Strain the liquid and discard the solids.
  • 2Place noodles in bowl. Ladle the strained broth over noodles. Top with shredded pork, broccoli, green onions, splash of sriracha one half soft boiled egg and cilantro.
  • 3Enjoy
