Ingredients

2-3 lbpork shoulder

8 cchicken stock
-
2inches ginger peeled and sliced

1 mediumonion chopped

1 largecarrot chopped

2 stalk(s)celery chopped

1/4 ceach white miso paste and soy sauce

4 clovegarlic peeled and halved

1 Tbspblack peppercorns

2 pkgramen noodles cooked and drained if using instant add spice packet to pork in crock

1 bunchbroccoli florets steamed
-
1 bunchgreen onions sliced
-
1/2 cfresh cilantro chopped
-
2soft boiled eggs halved
-
·sriracha sauce to taste
How to Make Slow Cooker Pork Ramen
- Place the first 10 ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 7 or 8 hours until pork falls apart. Remove pork from liquid. Strain the liquid and discard the solids.
- Place noodles in bowl. Ladle the strained broth over noodles. Top with shredded pork, broccoli, green onions, splash of sriracha one half soft boiled egg and cilantro.
