Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds pork shoulder
  • 8 cups chicken stock
  • 2 - inches ginger peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 large carrot chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1/4 cup each white miso paste and soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled and halved
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 2 packages ramen noodles cooked and drained if using instant add spice packet to pork in crock
  • 1 bunch broccoli florets steamed
  • 1 bunch green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 - soft boiled eggs halved
  • - sriracha sauce to taste

How To Make slow cooker pork ramen

  • Step 1
    Place the first 10 ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 7 or 8 hours until pork falls apart. Remove pork from liquid. Strain the liquid and discard the solids.
  • Step 2
    Place noodles in bowl. Ladle the strained broth over noodles. Top with shredded pork, broccoli, green onions, splash of sriracha one half soft boiled egg and cilantro.
