Ingredients
- 5 cups water
- 3 - bouilion cubes
- 3 - whole eggs (or 4 whites)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 - scallion, sliced thin on an angle
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
How To Make simple egg drop soup

Step 1Bring water to a boil, add bouillion.

Step 2In a seperate dish wisk eggs together. Slowly add egg mixture to boiling water while slowly stirring.

Step 3*Optional: To thicken soup, mix 1 tblspn cornstarch with 1 tblspn cold water until starch dissolves. Lower heat under soup and slowly stir in cornstarch mixture. Return to a simmer and let cook for 1 more minute.

Step 4Stir in soy sauce. Serve garnished with sliced scallion.
