Shrimp & Veggies Ramen
1 pkgroasted chicken ramen noodles
1 Tbspbutter or margarine
3 largeshrimp (pre-cooked & frozen)
1/2 cchopped bell peppers (trio - red, yellow and green)
1 Tbsptexas pete hot sauce
How to Make Shrimp & Veggies Ramen
- Prepare Shrimp: Defrost shrimp in a warm bowl of water, peel tails off (if any), chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare Ramen: Bring water to a boil in a medium sauce pan, add flavor packet, add noodles and cook noodles to desired consistency. Add Shrimp and bell peppers, let cook for 1 - 2 minutes. When finished, set to the side.
- In an empty bowl, add 1 tablespoon of butter. Pour Ramen into bowl and you should have a nice buttery chicken broth. Dash some Texas Pete on top to desired heat and ENJOY!
