shrimp & veggies ramen
This has probably been done in many households across America. You just can't go wrong with Ramen! So to add to the 1,001 ways to cook it, I decided to post this simple and fairly cheap recipe. Its definitely quick and easy! If you love Ramen, this will be a refreshing spin on the old bag of noodles.

Ingredients
- 1 package roasted chicken ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 3 large shrimp (pre-cooked & frozen)
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (trio - red, yellow and green)
- 1 tablespoon texas pete hot sauce
How To Make shrimp & veggies ramen

Step 1Prepare Shrimp: Defrost shrimp in a warm bowl of water, peel tails off (if any), chop into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2Prepare Ramen: Bring water to a boil in a medium sauce pan, add flavor packet, add noodles and cook noodles to desired consistency. Add Shrimp and bell peppers, let cook for 1 - 2 minutes. When finished, set to the side.

Step 3In an empty bowl, add 1 tablespoon of butter. Pour Ramen into bowl and you should have a nice buttery chicken broth. Dash some Texas Pete on top to desired heat and ENJOY!
