A favorite at my house! Great to serve on a cold day :)

Ingredients

  • 1 bag seasoning blend
  • 1 stick real butter
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 lb - shrimp, medium
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • 1 carton - 1/2 & 1/2
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon liquid crab boil

How To Make shrimp & corn soup

  • Step 1
    Saute seasoning blend in 1 stick of butter.
  • Step 2
    Add corn, tomatoes, and soup. Simmer about 10 minutes
  • Step 3
    Add shrimp, Season to taste. Once they turn pink, cook for 10 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Add cream, sour cream, and crab boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. (I usually let my soup sit about 20 minutes once I'm done)
