sausage tortellini soup
Oh,How I loved this soup.Alot of flavor for your mouth. (A TOH Recipe) I did double the broth and water amounts so there was more liquid for my taste.Its up to you,but thats what I did.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bulk italian sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 can 28-oz, tomato puree
- 1 can 14 1/2 -oz. ,chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 package 9-oz.,cheese-filled refrigerated tortellini
- 3 cups frozen cut broccoli
How To Make sausage tortellini soup

Step 1Combine sausage and onion ,cook over medium heat until no longer pink.Drain.In a large pot combine sausage and onion mixture with carrots.Cook and stir 1 minute.

Step 2Add tomato puree,broth,water and basil.Bring to a boil.Add tortellini.Return to a boil.Add broccoli.

Step 3Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until tortellini and carrots are tender.
