Ingredients
- 3 polish sausages or any precooked sausage cut into chunks
- 1 cup carrots chopped into small chunks
- 1 small onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 6 ounces can tomato paste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 9 ounces package cheese tortellinis
How To Make sausage tortellini soup

Step 1Add a little oil to a large pot. Add the onion, carrots and garlic. Cook until softened a bit. Add the flour and mix well. Add the chicken stock and tomato paste. Cook until thickened. Add the heavy cream and peas.

Step 2Cook 1 minutes. Add the tortellini and sausage and simmer for about 5 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
