sausage soup
(1 RATING)
This is my version of a soup I enjoyed at a famous restaurant. My Family just Loves it.They beg for it when The weather gets cold.It will warm you to your toes. It's a good use for left over bacon or sausage from a breakfast and the recipe can be adjusted up or down. Some times I leave the potatoe skins on, depending which kind of potatoes you use. I hope you'll try the recipe and enjoy it as much as we do.
