- 1 cup onion chopped
- 3 cups beef broth
- 6 ounces rotini pasta uncooked

Step 1Remove sausage from casing:crumble in heavy pot over med-high heat brown sausage & onion. Drain Stir in tomatoes,broth & water.Heat to boiling reduce heat,cover and simmer 15 mins.Add rotini and simmer another 15 mins more serve with crusty bread
