  • 2 pounds sweet italian sausage
  • 2-28 ounces cans tomatoes undrained cut-up
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 6 ounces rotini pasta uncooked

How To Make sausage-pasta soup

  • Step 1
    Remove sausage from casing:crumble in heavy pot over med-high heat brown sausage & onion. Drain Stir in tomatoes,broth & water.Heat to boiling reduce heat,cover and simmer 15 mins.Add rotini and simmer another 15 mins more serve with crusty bread
