Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey or beef
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 packages ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 packages taco seasoning mix
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies (rotel)
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can white corn
- 2 cups water
- - sour cream
- - shredded cheddar
- - sliced green onions
How To Make santa fe soup

Step 1Cast Iron needed: 14" Deep Dutch Oven, 10" skillet.

Step 2Saute meat until browned. Add chopped onion and cook 5 minutes. Drain fat, if there is any. Add ranch and taco seasonings to meat, stir well. Add remaining ingredients, undrained, and water. Simmer 2 hours. Serve with remaining.
