    ground turkey or beef
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 2 pkg
    ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans
  • 1 can(s)
    kidney beans
  • 1 can(s)
    pinto beans
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes with chilies (rotel)
  • 1 can(s)
    stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    white corn
  • 2 c
    water
  • ·
    sour cream
  • ·
    shredded cheddar
  • ·
    sliced green onions

How to Make Santa Fe Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Cast Iron needed: 14" Deep Dutch Oven, 10" skillet.
  2. Saute meat until browned. Add chopped onion and cook 5 minutes. Drain fat, if there is any. Add ranch and taco seasonings to meat, stir well. Add remaining ingredients, undrained, and water. Simmer 2 hours. Serve with remaining.
