rena's "new stone soup"
I think I have re-envinted Stone Soup! Remember the story of Stone Soup? If you are a Mother struggling to feed your family, this could be just for you. All the ingredience are from the Dollar Store, or your local super markets sales flyer. Would also be delicious if you added some left over shredded chicken or ham.

Ingredients
- 1 can - libbys whole kernel sweet corn (79 cents at dollar store)
- 1 can - libbys whole white potatoes (79 cents at dollar store)
- 1/3 cup - milk
- 2 cups - water
- 7 slices - american cheese (store brand)
- 2 handfull - 2 handfulls egg noodles (dollar store)
- 1 slice - medium onion diced
- 1 tsp - olive oil
- 1 shake - garlic salt
- 1 shake - salt sense or regular salt (to taste)
How To Make rena's "new stone soup"

Step 1Put olive oil in large sauce pan on medium heat and add chopped onion, along with a shake of Garlic Salt, stir until onion opaque. Add in whole can of corn, juice and all, stir. Drain juice from the potatoes into the sauce pan, dice the potatoes and add to pot. Add Milk, Water and salt, stir till all comes to a soft boil. Add the cheese, stir and add in your noodles, cook till cheese is melted and noodles are done, about 10 minutes.
