stock

soy sauce

How to Make Red Bell Pepper Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Saute onion in olive oil for 2 minutes.
  • 2Add half the carrots, the rest of the vegetables along with the seasonings and continue to saute for 5 minutes.
  • 3Add the stock and the soy sauce; bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  • 4Puree the soup; return to the pot and add the rest of the carrots.
  • 5Return the soup to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • 6Serve piping hot.
