Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 28 ounces can crushed tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons each fresh parsley & basil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon each dried thyme and oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups frozen cheese ravioli
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
How To Make ravioli soup

Step 1Brown the beef in a pan with the onions, & garlic. When cooked through add the tomato juice, crushed tomatoes, and tomato paste.

Step 2Cook until well combined. Add the parsley, basil, sugar, thyme and oregano. Taste and season with salt and pepper

Step 3Cook the ravioli in boiling salted water. Once they float to the top drain and add them to the soup. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese
