3/4 lbitalian sausage (hot or mild)
1 can(s)14 1/2oz. italian stewed tomatoes
1 can(s)14oz. beef broth
1 can(s)14 1/2oz. cut green italian beans, drained
2green onions, sliced
How to Make Ravioli Soup
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage in 5 quart pot over medium-high heat until no longer pink;drain. Add tomatoes, broth and 1 3/4 cups water; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low; stir in pasta, green beans and green onions. Simmer until heated through. Season with pepper and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, if desired. Makes 4 servings
