Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Italian pork sausage
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 red onion
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 3-4 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
- 1 - small-medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 - small-medium summer squash, sliced
- 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 slice red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 - 2 cups chicken broth
- 3-4 dashes Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 box Ditalini pasta (optional)
How To Make ratatouille

Step 1In a saucepan, brown the sausage and beef along with the onion, garlic, and spices. Drain the grease and set aside

Step 2In another pan, brown the tomato paste on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add broth and whisk into sauce.

Step 3Stir in meat, chopped vegetables, and more broth if needed. Simmer until veggies are tender.

Step 4Serve over ditalini pasta or as is. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
