Ingredients

  • 4 quarts water
  • 4 pounds chicken bones
  • 2 cups peeled chopped carrots
  • 1 cup each chopped celery and chopped leek
  • 1/4 head of green cabbage
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch pieced ginger smashed
  • 1 piece kombu wiped with damp cloth
  • 1/2 cup sake

How To Make ramen chicken stock

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a large crock pot. Cook on low for 24 hours. Strain through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth.
