Ingredients

  • - 6 cups water
  • - 1pkg (28oz) hash brown potatoes, shredded
  • - 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • - 1/4 stick velveeta chell, small pkg,
  • - 1 can of evaorated milk sm. can
  • - 3 chicken bouilion cubes

How To Make potato soup

  • Step 1
    cook hash browns in water with bouilion cubes. gradually fold the cream soup in with potatoes.
  • Step 2
    add the cheese and milk. stir until cheese is melted.
  • Step 3
    serve with bacon bits on top if desired.
