- 5 pounds red potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 5 - chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
How To Make potato soup

Step 1In dutch oven, cover diced potatoes with water. Add 5 chicken bouillon cubes and onions. Cook on medium heat until potatoes are tender. Add pepper, parsley and milk. To thicken add instant potato flakes or make flour slurry.
