  • 4 c
    chicken broth
  • 4 c
    potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 c
    onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    red pepper, ground
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • ·
    bacon bits

How to Make Potato Soup


  1. Combine the broth, potato, onion, salt, pepper, and red pepper and boil on medium until potatoes are tender.
  2. Smash a few potatoes to thicken and reduce heat to low. (might need to thicken further with flour)
  3. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Top with bacon bits (optional)
