Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper, ground
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- - bacon bits
How To Make potato soup

Step 1Combine the broth, potato, onion, salt, pepper, and red pepper and boil on medium until potatoes are tender.

Step 2Smash a few potatoes to thicken and reduce heat to low. (might need to thicken further with flour)

Step 3Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Top with bacon bits (optional)
