chicken broth
4 c
potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 c
onion, minced
1/2 tsp
seasoning salt
1/4 tsp
white pepper
1/8 tsp
red pepper, ground
8 oz
cream cheese
bacon bits

How to Make Potato Soup


  • 1Combine the broth, potato, onion, salt, pepper, and red pepper and boil on medium until potatoes are tender.
  • 2Smash a few potatoes to thicken and reduce heat to low. (might need to thicken further with flour)
  • 3Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Top with bacon bits (optional)
