This is a very good soup especially on a cold winter. We like this with cornbread or hot rolls

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 6-8 cups water
  • 1 sm can chopped kraut
  • 11/2 cups diced keilbasa sauage
  • 1 cup half and half milk

How To Make potato kraut soup

  • Step 1
    boil potatoes untill done ,mash some of the potatoes to thicken. add kraut and milk. saute sauage untill slightly brown put in the ps. boil onions with potatoes
