Ingredients
- 3 cups potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 3 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make potato broccoli soup

Step 1Combine the vegetables & broth into a soup pot.

Step 2Cover & simmer until the vegetables are tender.

Step 3Combine the milk & flour in a small bowl.

Step 4Add the milk mixture along with the shredded cheese to the pot.

Step 5Increase the heat to medium. Stir just until the cheese melts & mixture begins to thicken.
