Ingredients

  • 3 c
    potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 3 c
    frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 c
    carrots, chopped
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Potato Broccoli Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine the vegetables & broth into a soup pot.
  2. Cover & simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Combine the milk & flour in a small bowl.
  4. Add the milk mixture along with the shredded cheese to the pot.
  5. Increase the heat to medium. Stir just until the cheese melts & mixture begins to thicken.
