How to Make Pork Stock
- Add all ingredients to a 6 quart slow cooker Add 3 quarts of water. Cook on low for 24 hours. Strain through fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth. Discard solids.
- Place in a freezer safe container and place in fridge. Let it sit overnight. Skim fat off the top and store in fridge or freeze.
