Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 2 lb
    pork bones
  • 1 large
    onion quartered
  • ·
    any vegetables scraps you want to add
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 3
    bay leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    black peppercorns

How to Make Pork Stock


  1. Add all ingredients to a 6 quart slow cooker Add 3 quarts of water. Cook on low for 24 hours. Strain through fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth. Discard solids.
  2. Place in a freezer safe container and place in fridge. Let it sit overnight. Skim fat off the top and store in fridge or freeze.
