Slow Cooker Crock Pot

makes about 3 quarts
Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork bones
- 1 large onion quartered
- any vegetables scraps you want to add
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
How To Make pork stock

Step 1Add all ingredients to a 6 quart slow cooker Add 3 quarts of water. Cook on low for 24 hours. Strain through fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth. Discard solids.

Step 2Place in a freezer safe container and place in fridge. Let it sit overnight. Skim fat off the top and store in fridge or freeze.
